Insurance

Insurance is not offered on rental of handsets. If lost, stolen or damaged beyond repair, customer will be charged at the replacement value of the handset at full retail rate of the kit. Repairs will be charged to the customer at cost price plus 25%.

Credit Card Information

We will require credit card details prior to releasing the equipment, this will be required on the rental agreement that will either be signed in store or emailed to you a few days prior to the rental. Or you may call us on 1300 851 591 and provide the details over the phone. Please be ready with your Card Number, Card Type (Visa/MasterCard preferred) and Expiry date information.

Please fill in as many details as possible, the more information we have the smoother the process is. If you have any questions, please write them in the other comments section or feel free to call us on 1300 851 591. A pdf version of this form is also available should you wish to book at a later stage when internet access could be difficult. Please be aware we are open Monday to Friday 8am - 5pm (AWST) and all pick-ups and returns need to be made during this time. Any returns due back outside these hours will incur a daily rental until return is made during normal business hours.
